Refund Policy

1. No refunds — all sales are final

We do not offer refunds on anything. All sales are final: monthly and yearly subscription fees, White Label fees, and setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable, with no exceptions and no partial refunds. Please use the 3-day free trial to make sure CRM Pro is right for you before you pay.

2. Cancel anytime

You may cancel your plan at any time from Billing or by contacting us. Your service keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. No refund is given for unused time after cancellation.

3. Free trial

The 3-day free trial costs nothing, so no refund applies to it.

4. Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback with your bank or card provider instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is resolved.

5. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your payment applies to that payment.
