Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using CRM Pro ("the Service"), operated by ZQ Developers ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

CRM Pro is a customer-relationship-management web application provided on a software-as-a-service basis. We may update, improve or change features at any time; we will not remove a paid feature you rely on without notice where reasonably possible.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering, keep your password confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to use the Service. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to send spam or unsolicited marketing in breach of applicable law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to attempt to access the Service or its systems without authorisation. You are responsible for the content you store and send through the Service, including having lawful basis and consent for the personal data you upload.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are shown on the Pricing page; the price at the time of purchase applies. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you store in the Service. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the Service for you. You may export your data at any time. We will not sell your data. On account closure we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

7. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
